Relaxing and very enjoyable, fantastic staff that could not be more helpful.

Staff were fantastic and so friendly and accommodating. Our room had a lovely outlook over the jungle and tree tops.

It was a little tired and in need of some upgrades.

Wonderful

Almost everything except 2 things in didn't like section.

1- Breakfast menu should be improved, it's not enough for a jungle hotel (and meal service a little bit slow but I assume all Bali restaurants are slower then Europe, not spesific for Hotel) 2- Shuttle services information should be given by hotel employees directly due to avoid confusion. Customers are not able to know which vehicle models has got by the hotel. For example : We have gone to city center with Gray Suzuki with Natura Villa logo and we have known the driver. But for the return from Ubud city center, hotel provided black Toyota with another driver without Natura Villa logo on left side. So we didn't know driver and car, then driver has gone without took us. Then we have found driver after 20 minutes in somewhere. Anyway driver and hotel helped us, but hotel can improve shuttle services information to the customers.

Wounderful location in the midle of the Nature and quite close to Ubud center by moto.

To be in the midle of the nature. Great views from the restaurant and swmining pool. Nice rooms villas: local arquitecture, space. Boutique hotel.

That's wonderful to hear! It's great that the hotel staff kindly accommodated you even though you arrived earlier than the check-in time. The jungle view in Ubud must have been breathtaking. Staying in a traditional and historic hotel must have been a fantastic experience. Using the hotel's day tour taxi service was very convenient as well. I'm glad you had such a great time in Ubud. Very Good

The staff were so sweet and very helpful. The room size was great. The grounds were stunning and the infinity pool was so amazing.

Our shower head stopped working and the water in our plunge pool was cold. The outdoor bath area was quite overgrown and we didn't want to use it. The hotel is a 40min walk from the main street so you have to get a cab. The hotel offers a shuttle but it costs 70k

The place is absolutely stunning The staff is great The breakfast is amazing

1- the place is not dusted well, you can see many spider webs all over needs better cleaning over all 2- the area is abit far 3- the wifi is pretty bad

Good value for money with breakfast included.

Very quiet and peaceful just far enough away from all the noise and busy ness of Ubud retail/food precinct. Had our own little pool in our villa.

Had to rely on the shuttle service at 10am, 2pm and 5pm to central Ubud. Def too skinny a road to walk 3-4 km there. However was fairly cheap to get a taxi there.

After a busy 2 weeks in other parts of Bali, it was a welcome change to stay in a peaceful jungle sanctuary overlooking a river.

It's was a nice place , great staff . And was a good place to explore Ubud

The American breakfast could be bigger , more bacon , sausages , beans , so on . The location was nice . Loved the valley and the tree canopy

The place needed some TLC , some tibers was old and rotten , needed replacing and the wood varnish needs re doing .

The views were absolutely amazing and second to none. We had an amazing stay

The staff were very kind and helpful. The valley views were amazing. The size of the villa and room layout was so much better than expected from the photos. We very much liked the staircase down to the pool courtyard. The sunbed and lounge chairs were great and the view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking.

Beautiful oasis in the middle of the jungle

The property is beautiful in the middle of the jungle oasis and we loved the size of the villas

There was still sand in the room on the floor somehow but other than that it seems pretty clean for the most part.

Beautiful setting but food was a bit of a let down

Room was beautiful and the views were incredible! Such a great setting in the lush tropical jungle. The infinity pool was impressive. The setting was very special and romantic. A 10-15min drive on a moto to town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The restaurant let this hotel down, even though it has so much potential due to the location/setting. Poor options but still pricey. Friendly service though. Unfortunately also not able to cater for dietary requirements properly like gluten free. Yoga classes were advertised when we booked which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel but no classes were available at all for our four night stay.

Wonderful

Nice place with extremely friendly staff. When I've got a stomach sickness they took care of me, cooking special "food medicine" without even to ask. Food was tasty. Villa was huge and very comfortable. We like the outside bathroom. All facilities was provided.

For breakfast I would expect from the 5 stars resort something better. Artificial margarine instead of butter and jam which was also not good with the simple toast bread. I would recommend to serve just butter and good quality jam and "normal" bread. Eggs was tasty.
